Beaut Gift Co offer personalized gift boxing services. Every item has been placed and packaged careful and inspected before passing on to our shipping provider. If an item has been damaged in transit please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will raise the issue with our shipping provider. 

Beaut Gift Co do not offer refunds however depending on the circumstances a store credit may be arranged.

If you experience any problems with your order, please email us on beautgiftco@gmail.com so we can rectify the issue accordingly.

Beaut Gift Co do not accept responsibility for melted goods, Australian weather can be hot at times so if you are worried about chocolate or other items melting, we advise to not order over the warmer months. (So far this has not happened).  

Beaut Gift Co adheres to all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
