Where does Beaut Gift Co ship?
Beaut Gift Co ship to Australia and New Zealand. Deliveries outside of Australia and New Zealand can be arranged at an extra cost. Please email us at beautgiftco@gmail.com and we will check delivery prices.
When will my order ship?
Beaut Boxes are sent daily Mon-Fri at 8am. Orders received over the weekend will be sent on the next business day.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping Australia wide and a flat rate to New Zealand.
Express shipping can be purchased at check out.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! Choose: urgent/same day delivery (within a 5km radius to Sydney CBD). Pick ups are welcomed from Sydney CBD. Please email beautgiftco@gmail.com to arrange.
Usually express orders will arrive the next day.
How long does shipping take?
We ship with Sendle or Aus post. There can be delays to WA so please choose Express post at checkout.
Shipping to NZ can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, please order ahead of time if possible.
Express shipping: (Depending on what time the order is received parcels will be sent with Aus Post)
For orders sent with Express shipping, Australia Posts next day delivery guarantee covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your gift is being sent to an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their next day delivery guarantee.

Do you offer pick up/drop off service for large orders?
Yes, if you are ordering multiple Beaut Boxes for an event and are based in Sydney, we can arrange a drop off or pick up time.
